At Ecofarm Tayssir, we understand that travel plans can change. Please read our cancellation conditions carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Standard Cancellation

Guests may cancel their booking according to the cancellation conditions communicated at the time of reservation.

Unless otherwise stated, the following cancellation rules apply:

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival may be charged the first night or a percentage of the total booking.
• In case of no-show, the total amount or a cancellation fee may be charged.

2. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some special offers, promotional rates, or discounted bookings may be non-refundable. This will be clearly mentioned before booking confirmation.

Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded unless approved by Ecofarm Tayssir.

3. Date Changes

Guests may request to change their booking dates. Date changes are subject to availability and may result in a price difference.

Ecofarm Tayssir reserves the right to accept or refuse date modification requests depending on availability and booking conditions.

4. Early Departure

If a guest leaves before the scheduled check-out date, unused nights may not be refunded.

5. Cancellation by Ecofarm Tayssir

Ecofarm Tayssir reserves the right to cancel or modify a booking in exceptional cases, such as:

• Safety concerns
• Weather-related issues
• Property maintenance problems
• Force majeure events
• Incorrect booking information
• Unavailability caused by technical or operational issues

In such cases, Ecofarm Tayssir will offer an alternative date, alternative solution, or refund when applicable.

6. Force Majeure

Ecofarm Tayssir is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, transport disruption, or other unexpected events.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method when possible. Processing time may vary depending on the bank, payment provider, or booking platform.

8. Bookings Through Third-Party Platforms

For bookings made through third-party platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, or other travel websites, the cancellation rules of that platform may apply.

Guests should check the cancellation conditions directly on the platform used for booking.
